Introducing the new Kerrie Capelli Nano Hair Extensions! These extensions are the perfect solution for those who want to add length and volume to their hair without the fuss. Available in a range of shades to match our weft extension range, these nanos are lightweight, comfortable, and completely undetectable.

Unlike other hair extension methods, the Kerrie Capelli Nano Hair Extensions require no heat or glue. This means that they are gentle on your hair and won't cause any damage. Plus, the easy installation process means that you can have them in and out in no time!

Our Kerrie Capelli Nano Hair Extensions come in a range of lengths, from 18'' to 24'', so you can choose the perfect length for you. Each pack contains approximately 25g of hair (25 strands), and as a guide, a full head client would usually work out around 5/6 packs.

We use only the highest quality super double drawn European hair, which is exclusive to Kerrie Capelli. This means that you can be confident that you are getting the best quality hair on the market. Nano hair extensions are a great way to add length and volume to your hair, but proper aftercare is essential to keep them looking great. Here are some tips for taking care of them:

  1. Be gentle when brushing: Use a soft-bristled brush and start from the ends of your hair, working your way up to the roots. Avoid tugging or pulling on the extensions as this can cause damage.
  2. Avoid heat: Heat can damage your extensions, so avoid using hot tools like curling irons or straighteners. If you must use heat, use KC heat protect spray and keep the temperature low.
  3. Wash and condition carefully: Use KC sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner and wash your hair gently, avoiding rubbing or scrubbing the extensions. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water.
  4. Don't sleep with wet hair: Sleeping with wet hair can cause tangling and matting, so make sure your hair is completely dry before going to bed.
  5. Be careful when styling: Avoid extra tight hairstyles like braids or ponytails, as these can put stress on the extensions and cause damage. If you do want to wear your hair up, use a gentle hair tie and don't pull too tightly.

By following these tips, you can help keep your nano hair extensions looking great for longer. Remember to treat them gently and avoid anything that could cause damage, and you'll be able to enjoy your new longer and fuller hair for months to come.

The delivery timeframes provided on our website are calculated according to location, package size, and shipping carriers’ transit times. Please note: The displayed dates are estimates only. In any event, we are committed to keeping you informed as updates become available, and to delivering the products you need as quickly as possible.

"Business days" for ship-out or delivery time frames refer to Mondays through Fridays only. (Do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays [that fall on a weekday] when counting business days.)

We do not process or deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Kerrie Capelli does not guarantee shipping times to PO Box, mailboxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these types of addresses may result in delays.

Shipping charges (for both original orders and returns) are non-refundable 

Kerrie Capelli reserves the right to ship orders via United States Postal Service, DHL, UPS, or FedEx at any time, at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped with the tracking numbers attached.

During the checkout process, you will be presented with a very affordable shipping insurance option. In cases of lost or stolen packages and the insurance provided is declined then My Absolute Beauty will not replace the order.

Kerrie Capelli is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We print the shipping label right from the website on how you entered it. If the incorrect shipping address is provided, or no special instructions are provided eg. (buzzer number) the client is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to receive the package personally.

We have a three (3) return policy, which means you have three (3) after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We must have the product returned before we replace or refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kerriecapelli.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if the product was delivered damaged upon arrival (pictures needed), Extra or wrong product was delivered then we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PROCESSING ORDERS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase on business days, depending on product availability. However, orders can take 1-2 business days to process orders depending on our volume of orders received. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 3 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address, package size and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, US Customs, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Kerrie Capelli is not responsible for orders not being delivered on time and will not offer refunds on shipping.

***OVERNIGHT ORDERS WILL NEED TO BE PLACED BEFORE 12-NOON MONDAY-FRIDAY MST***

Please Note: all orders for USPS Express 2-3 Business Day and FedEx Standard Overnight will need to be placed before 12 Noon Monday – Friday Mountain Standard Time.

Overnight Carrieres reserve the right to extend their delivery times by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

All Express orders placed on Friday before 12 will arrive Monday before 5 pm. There are no Saturday or Sunday delivery options.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

It is our mission at Kerrie Capelli to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality, at reasonable prices, and delivered in a timely fashion. Due to issues of hygiene, Kerrie Capelli cannot accept product returns after 14 days and or if the original packaging has been opened.

Returns and exchanges of unopened, resellable products (excluding lash adhesive, or lamination solutions)* are accepted within three (3) days of receiving your package, otherwise, the sale is FINAL. The buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, minus the shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee. Even exchanges of unopened/unused products may be authorized within three (3) days of the date on the original purchase receipt with pick-up orders or within three (3) days of receiving your package, otherwise, the sale is FINAL.

Kerrie Capelli does not provide return shipping labels and recommends using an insured and tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. The sender is responsible for all shipping expenses. Once the items are received, these items can be exchanged for items at an equal or lesser value. No refunds will be issued.

*If a lash adhesive is not performing properly within the three (3) day return window and it is determined by our team to be a product issue, an exchange will be rewarded with no return necessary.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Kerrie Capelli is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping points. This means that the risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.

30-DAY TRACKING POLICY

*This Policy is for Undelivered packages ONLY.

(All lost mail that says “Delivered” will have to be settled with the customer's post office and/or Police department)

*Customer's Package that has not moved in 30 days will be eligible for

product reship on the 31st day of non-movement.

*Reship is only valid from days 31-60 and the customer is required to

call back in order for reship to go out.

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

Proof of damage needs to be sent within 3 days of the delivery of your package in order to initiate a damage package investigation. Please email our team at info@kerriecapelli.com to open up a claim. Please note, that this can take up to 7 -10 business days to process this claim.

CANCELING AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@kerriecapelli.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped cannot be canceled.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time usually 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
