Our staff
At Kerrie Capelli we have a dedicated team of highly qualified teachers and assessors with years of experience in the hair industry and in the planning, designing and delivering of training.
They are also very passionate and focused on the training and development of students and have a proven track record of delivering results and high pass rates.
Our Academy
Our courses can be delivered in an array of ways and either within our academy or within a student’s workplace.
Our academy is an industry standard purpose-built training facility that is well equipped using only high-quality learning materials in order to help learners develop their knowledge, skills and confidence.
All of our courses are accredited enabling peace of mind when students are attaining full insurance.
Who are our courses for?
At Kerrie Capelli we offer courses to both qualified and unqualified hair stylists. All courses are available to qualified hairdressers and our hair extension courses are available to those who are unqualified.
Our courses are not limited to UK students only. Anyone can access our courses regardless of where they reside. We have traveled overseas to teach our courses and had overseas students train within our academy also.
Students who have attended our courses have provided positive review’s which can be seen on our social media pages. Our courses provide students working within the hair industry a platform to enhance their careers or even develop a new career whether you are new to hair, self-employed or a salon owner. Many of our students have succeeded in enhancing their current business.
The Delivery
How are our courses delivered?
There are three ways in which our courses can be delivered as described below. The training decided upon is dependent on the needs and wishes of the of the individual learner or salon.
Group Training
Group training is provided within our academy or at a student’s workplace. All of our group training is delivered strictly to small class sizes only.
We deem this to be important as it allows scope for: lots of question and discussion time, opportunity for students to participate, opportunity for students to contribute their own experiences, enables shared learning and peer support. If group training is delivered within a student’s workplace it offers all of the above and an opportunity to train alongside their colleagues.
1:1 Training
One to One training can be provided within our academy or at a student’s workplace. Training dates are flexible and can be arranged to suit. As it is a one to one student will receive the undivided attention of the educator and receive an optimal level of training.
Students can also opt to have a bespoke training package devised for them should they elect to have one to one training and wish to learn multiple courses.
Online
Our online courses are delivered on a one to one basis, LIVE. They are not pre-recorded therefore are completed at a pace the learner is comfortable with and offers opportunity for question, answer and discussion time.
This option is particularly popular with students who are unable to attend the academy and those who live overseas
What’s included?
All of our courses include a kit, manual and access to our e learning system if undertaken online.
For all of our courses regardless of how the course is delivered to them are offered ongoing support after the course has completed.
On successful completion of the course students will be awarded a certificate.
