Unlike other hair extension methods, the Kerrie Capelli Nano Hair Extensions require no heat or glue. This means that they are gentle on your hair and won't cause any damage. Plus, the easy installation process means that you can have them in and out in no time!
Our Kerrie Capelli Nano Hair Extensions come in a range of lengths, from 18'' to 24'', so you can choose the perfect length for you. Each pack contains approximately 25g of hair (25 strands), and as a guide, a full head client would usually work out around 5/6 packs.
We use only the highest quality super double drawn European hair, which is exclusive to Kerrie Capelli. This means that you can be confident that you are getting the best quality hair on the market. - Avoid heat: Heat can damage your extensions, so avoid using hot tools like curling irons or straighteners. If you must use heat, use KC heat protect spray and keep the temperature low.
- Wash and condition carefully: Use KC sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner and wash your hair gently, avoiding rubbing or scrubbing the extensions. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water.
- Don't sleep with wet hair: Sleeping with wet hair can cause tangling and matting, so make sure your hair is completely dry before going to bed.
- Be careful when styling: Avoid extra tight hairstyles like braids or ponytails, as these can put stress on the extensions and cause damage. If you do want to wear your hair up, use a gentle hair tie and don't pull too tightly.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Laced Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
Kerrie Capelli is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We print the shipping label right from the website on how you entered it. If the incorrect shipping address is provided, or no special instructions are provided eg. (buzzer number) the client is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to receive the package personally.
We have a three 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We must have the product returned before we replace or refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kerriecapelli.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if the product was delivered damaged upon arrival (pictures needed), Extra or wrong product was delivered then we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
Proof of damage needs to be sent within 3 days of the delivery of your package in order to initiate a damage package investigation. Please email our team at info@kerriecapelli.com to open up a claim. Please note, that this can take up to 7 -10 business days to process this claim.
CANCELING AN ORDER
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@kerriecapelli.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped cannot be canceled. (Class Deposits are non refundable)
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.* All Return Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order (delivery confirmation through the provider). The product must be unopened and in like new condition. We will ask that you send the product back and pay for the postage to send this product back. Our returns team will issue a refund after the product has been received and determined that it is in a resaleable condition.
Kerrie Capelli is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that track as “Delivered”. Please check with your local USPS office or FedEx office if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued by Kerrie Capelli on insured lost packages.
If 7 days have gone by since your order was received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is noted on the delivery page.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has been damaged during shipping this will have to be notified within 3 days of receiving the product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT
The following types of products are not accepted for return:
- Unsellable Product: A product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to price tags, stickers, or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped, or broken appliances.
- Class Deposits: All class deposits are non refundable on booking, class deposits can be transferred to a different class on alternative dates.
